Reality the Great Illusion

"Redefining the Dream"

Here you can view links to a number of important scientific articles, corporate and political as well. Many of these articles present new discoveries by scientists, genetic engineering on plants, animals and humans along with other new scientific concepts and corporate and political agendas attached. All of which is being integrated into our lives. The advancement of robotics is huge on the agenda, merging man with machine and the pros and cons involved. The integration process is gradual and so it is important to be aware of the process in place in order to impliment more conscious choices.

We are distracted with politics, race, war and global warming but beneath all of that the true agenda is interwoven in science.

Oprah's ugly secret

By continuing to hawk "The Secret," a mishmash of offensive self-help cliches, Oprah Winfrey is squandering her goodwill and influence, and preaching to the world that mammon is queen.

By Peter Birkenhead

March 5, 2007 | Steve Martin used to do a routine that went like this: "You too can be a millionaire! It's easy: First, get a million dollars. Now..."

If you put that routine between hard covers, you'd have "The Secret," the self-help manifesto and bottle of minty-fresh snake oil currently topping the bestseller lists. "The Secret" espouses a "philosophy" patched together by an Australian talk-show producer named Rhonda Byrne. Though "The Secret" unabashedly appropriates and mishmashes familiar self-help clichés, it was still the subject of two recent episodes of "The Oprah Winfrey Show" featuring a dream team of self-help gurus, all of whom contributed to the project

The main idea of "The Secret" is that people need only visualize what they want in order to get it -- and the book certainly has created instant wealth, at least for Rhonda Byrne and her partners-in-con. And the marketing idea behind it -- the enlisting of that dream team, in what is essentially a massive, cross-promotional pyramid scheme -- is brilliant. But what really makes "The Secret" more than a variation on an old theme is the involvement of Oprah Winfrey, who lends the whole enterprise more prestige, and, because of that prestige, more venality, than any previous self-help scam. Oprah hasn't just endorsed "The Secret"; she's championed it, put herself at the apex of its pyramid, and helped create a symbiotic economy of New Age quacks that almost puts OPEC to shame.

Human Body Version 2.0

Ray Kurzweil

In the coming decades, a radical upgrading of our body's physical and mental systems, already underway, will use nanobots to augment and ultimately replace our organs. We already know how to prevent most degenerative disease through nutrition and supplementation; this will be a bridge to the emerging biotechnology revolution, which in turn will be a bridge to the nanotechnology revolution. By 2030, reverse-engineering of the human brain will have been completed and nonbiological intelligence will merge with our biological brains

Reprogramming your Biochemistry for Immortality

An Interview with Ray Kurzweil by David Jay Brown

Ray Kurzweil

Scientists are now talking about people staying young and not aging. Ray Kurzweil is taking it a step further: "In addition to radical life extension, we’ll also have radical life expansion. The nanobots will be able to go inside the brain and extend our mental functioning by interacting with our biological neurons."

China Orders Strike Against US For Catastrophic Earthquake, May 30, 2008

Russian Foreign Ministry reports are stating today the Prime Minister Putin’s ‘suddendiplomatic trip to France was made at the behest of China’s President Hu in order to ‘warn’ the European Union not to become involved with the US following what is widely expected to be a ‘retaliatory strike’ against the United States, and who the Chinese military has blamed for the catastrophic May 12th earthquake that has killed nearly 90,000 human beings.

Chinese and Russian Military scientists, these reports say, are concurring with Canadian researcher, and former Asia-Pacific Bureau Chief of Forbes Magazine, Benjamin Fulford, who in a very disturbing video released from his Japanese offices to the American public, details how the United States attacked China by the firing of a 90 Million Volt Shockwave from the Americans High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) facilities in Alaska.

So powerful was this Shockwave, Britain’s Times Online News Service is reporting that the entire atmosphere over the Chinese earthquake zone became mysteriously changed 30 minutes prior to the 8.0 Magnitude Trembler

IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD by Betty Freauf 4/30/2008

“Licensing” by Big Brother, whether it is for day care, foster care, restaurants, entertainment centers, for any and all professionals, somehow gives the impression of safety and trust. Was the sheriff intimidated by the “experts” or did he not recognize his Constitutional authority even though he took an oath to defend it? His proper position should have been, “NOT IN MY COUNTY!!” Once again we saw the hand of the Communist infiltration in America. Goal #38 of the Communist Takeover of America is: Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies and treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand (or treat).

Across America, thousands of families have been ripped apart by child protection bureaucracies who terminate parents’ rights on a whim. Soviet Communist party educators in 1918 were instructed at a conference to take the children and nationalize them.

Prepare yourself for more water shortages, floods, droughts, and a sharp decline in food supplies in the United States when U.S. Senate Bill 1807 & U.S. House Bill 3445, that were introduced on July 17, 2007, are voted into law. These identical bills, titled: “Weather Mitigation Research and Development Policy Authorization Act of 2007”, are moving forward at a rapid rate in Committees on Commerce, Science and Transportation. Please note that these bills were not referred to Committees on Agriculture, Natural Resources, the Environmental Protection Agency, or Forestry, and that you were not invited to debate the merits of these bills by your elected representatives.

It is the purpose of this act to develop and implement a comprehensive and coordinated national weather mitigation policy and a national cooperative Federal and State program of weather mitigation and research.” The Board of Directors will be comprised of eleven members and only one member shall be a representative of the Department of Agriculture. There are no members of the public to be appointed to this Board, no EPA representatives, no Natural Resources or Forestry representatives, and there are no provisions for county, state, public, or agricultural oversight of these programs prior to implementation.

FOUNDATIONS AND A CLOSE LOOK AT FORD By Dennis L. Cuddy, Ph.D. May 19, 2008

[Note: Most conservatives believe that Sen. John McCain is clearly preferable to either Sen. Obama or Sen. Clinton as president. However, it should be remembered that the power elite controls our choices, and Sen. McCain is also part of their plan. It always bothered me that Sen. McCain has been able to overlook the North Vietnamese’s lack of cooperation regarding our POWs and MIAs. However, this was necessary fromthe power elite’s perspective if a world government were to be brought to fruition. Another criteria of the power elite is Sen. McCain’s acceptability to Lord Nathaniel Rothschild, who hosted a luncheon for the Senator in London on March 20. I have a letter signed by Prof. Carroll Quigley on November 16, 1949 revealing that after Cecil Rhodes himself, the first member of Rhodes’ secret Society of the Elect “to take the government of the whole world” was Baron Nathan Rothschild in 1889. An outgrowth of Rhodes’ secret plan is the Council on Foreign Relations, which Sen. McCain joined in 1997.

North American Military Agreement Signed by the U.S. and Canada

by Jim Kouri

While Americans are being bombarded with large doses of presidential primary news coverage, the US entered into an agreement with its northern neighbor that may have an impact on future internal military action. In a political move that received little if any attention by the American news media, the United States and Canada entered into a military agreement on February 14, 2008, allowing the armed forces from one nation to support the armed forces of the other nation during a domestic civil emergency, even one that does not involve a cross-border crisis, according to a police commander involved in homeland security planning and implementation.

It is an initiative of the Bi-National Planning Group whose final report, issued in June 2006, called for the creation of a "Comprehensive Defense and Security Agreement," or a "continental approach" to Canada-US defense and security. The law enforcement executive told that the agreement -- defined as a Civil Assistance Plan -- was not submitted to Congress for debate and approval, nor did Congress pass any law or treaty specifically authorizing this military agreement to combine the operations of the armed forces of the United States and Canada in the event of domestic civil disturbances ranging from violent storms, to health epidemics, to civil riots or terrorist attacks.

Pentagon wants Cyberwar Range Replicate Human Behavior and Frailties

Noah Shachstman, May 6, 2008

The Pentagon's way-out researchers don't just want to build an Internet simulator, to test out cyberwar tactics. They want the range's operators to "realistically replicate human behavior and frailties," too.

Congress has ordered the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, or Darpa, to put together a National Cyber Range, as part of a massive (and massively secret) $30 billion, government-wide effort better prep for battle online. The project is now considered a top priority for the Agency.  And to make sure the facility is as true-to-life as possible, Darpa wants the contractors running the Range to be able to "replicate realistic human behavior on nodes," a request for proposals, released today, reveals.

Dubie, Shumlin criticize psychotic drugs for kids

By Daniel Barlow, May 1, 2008

"It should shock us all that we as a state have allowed and accepted that we are using powerful psychotic drugs on our children at an alarming rate," said Shumlin, a Democrat from Windham County.

Shumlin and Dubie joined Ken Libertoff, the executive director of the Vermont Association for Mental Health and a sharp critic of the doping trend, at Wednesday's press conference. Libertoff said he tried to jump-start the conversation over medicating children in 2007.

But a letter he wrote in March of that year to the Office of Vermont Health Access — the agency that oversees the state-run insurance programs such as Medicaid — seeking information on how many Vermont children are prescribed mental health drugs wasn't responded to until 11 months later, after a newspaper reporter asked about the delay.”'The question is, who is watching out for our children?" Libertoff said. "And my answer right now would be no on

by Michel Chossudovsky

The important debate on global warming under UN auspices provides but a partial picture of climate change; in addition to the devastating impacts of greenhouse gas emissions on the ozone layer, the World's climate can now be modified as part of a new generation of sophisticated "non-lethal weapons." Both the Americans and the Russians have developed capabilities to manipulate the World's climate.

In the US, the technology is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Aural Research Program (HAARP) as part of the ("Star Wars") Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). Recent scientific evidence suggests that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability of potentially triggering floods, droughts, hurricanes and earthquakes. From a military standpoint, HAARP is a weapon of mass destruction. Potentially, it constitutes an instrument of conquest capable of selectively destabilizing agricultural and ecological systems of entire regions.

 by Alan Morrison

I have often spoken about the fact that the United Nations is an organization which has been widely infiltrated by occultists and propagators of the "New Spirituality" (New Ageism). In the book "The Aquarian Conspiracy", by Marilyn Ferguson, a survey of New Agers showed that the leading influence on their spiritual "awakening" was Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. The occultist and well-known "channeller", Dr. Robert Muller, who was an Assistant Secretary General at the United Nations until recently, wrote in one of his books: "Teilhard [de Chardin] had always viewed the United Nations as the progressive institutional embodiment of his philosophy" (Robert Muller, ed., The Desire to be Human: A Global Reconnaissance of Human Perspectives in an Age of Transformation, Miranana, 1983, p.304). As the darling of the "New Spirituality", Teilhard de Chardin rigorously applied his monist, evolutionary philosophy to the world political situation, leading him to advocate a vision of some kind of one-world government. In his book "The Future of Man" (Harper & Row, 1955, p.182), he wrote: "Although the form is not yet discernible, mankind tomorrow will awaken to a 'pan-organized' world".

It’s Official: The Crash of the U.S. Economy has begun

by Richard C. Cook (June 14, 2007)

It’s official. Mark your calendars. The crash of the U.S. economy has begun. It was announced the morning of Wednesday, June 13, 2007, by economic writers Steven Pearlstein and Robert Samuelson in the pages of the Washington Post, one of the foremost house organs of the U.S. monetary elite.

Pearlstein’s column was titled, “The Takeover Boom, About to Go Bust” and concerned the extraordinary amount of debt vs. operating profits of companies currently subject to leveraged buyouts.

Human Rights and Media Manipulation

From Pinochet to ‘Human Rights’ in China

by Michael Barker (March 29. 2008)

“When the twentieth century becomes history it will be seen as distinctive, I believe, for three developments in liberal Western societies: the growth of democracy; the rise of huge concentrations of economic power, known as corporations; and the professionalizing and institutionalizing of propaganda, especially as a means for safe-guarding the power of free-enterprise corporations against democracy.”  (Alex Carey, 1987)

Whither Psychoanalysis in a Computer Culture?

By the mid-1980s, anxiety about what AI challenged about human specialness had gone beyond whether machines would be "smart" and had moved to emotional and religious terrain. At MIT, Marvin Minsky's students used to say that he wanted to build a computer "complex enough that a soul would want to live in it." Most recently, AI scientists are emboldened in their claims.

They suggest the moral equivalence of people and machines. Ray Kurzweil argues that machines will be spiritual; Rodney Brooks argues that the "us and them" problem of distinguishing ourselves from the robots will disappear because we are becoming more robotic (with chips and implants) and the robots are becoming more like us (biological parts instead of silicon-based ones).

Most viewers of The Matrix consider the more fanciful elements--intelligent computers, downloading information into the human brain, virtual reality indistinguishable from real life--to be fun as science fiction, but quite remote from real life. Most viewers would be wrong. As renowned computer scientist and entrepreneur Ray Kurzweil explains, these elements are very feasible and are quite likely to be a reality within our lifetimes.

Large-Scale Rewritable Holograms (Feb 8, 2008)

A new material allows researchers to write and erase 3-D images for displays.

A holographic display based on a new material can be repeatedly written to and erased. Rewritable holograms have been possible at small sizes, such as for holographic memory devices. But it's been difficult to make these materials at a scale large enough for displays. The new material, developed by researchers at the University of Arizona and at Nitto Denko Technical Corporation, in Oceanside, CA, could eventually allow for life-sized displays of people and objects the size of cars that could be refreshed every few minutes.

Mixing Mammals (January 22, 2008)

Putting bat DNA into mice sheds light on how limbs evolved.

By outfitting mice with a chunk of DNA that directs wing development in bats, scientists have created rodents with abnormally long forelimbs, mimicking one of the steps in the evolution of the bat wing. Their work gives weight to the idea that variations in how genes are controlled, and not just mutations in the coding regions of genes, are a driving force in evolution.

Better Bugs for Making Butanol (January16, 2008)

Engineered E. coli proves efficient at churning out the biofuel.

In a push to find better biofuels to reduce gasoline consumption and lower greenhouse-gas emissions, scientists have genetically engineered E. coli that is highly efficient in producing butanol, a promising new type of biofuel. The new technology could speed up the development of butanol biofuels into a cost-effective alternative to ethanol.

The Age of Virtuous Machines (May 31, 2007)

In the "hard takeoff" scenario, a psychopathic AI suddenly emerges at a superhuman level, achieving universal dominance. Hall suggests an alternative: we've gotten better because we've become smarter, so AIs will evolve "unselfish genes" and hyperhuman morality. More honest, capable of deeper understanding, and free of our animal heritage and blindnesses, the children of our minds will grow better and wiser than us, and we will have a new friend and guide--if we work hard to earn the privilege of associating with them.

AI Meets the Metaverse: Teachable AI Agents Living in Virtual Worlds (October 18, 2007)

Online virtual worlds have the power to accelerate and catalyze the development of artificial general intelligence (AGI). As AGIs involved in this metaverse become progressively more intelligent from their interaction with the social network of human beings and reach human-level intelligence (the Singularity), they will already be part of the human social network. If we build them right and teach them right, they will greet us with open arms.

Death of the father: British scientists discover how to turn women's bone marrow into sperm (January 31, 2008)

British scientists are ready to turn female bone marrow into sperm, cutting men out of the process of creating life.

Haptics: New Software Allows User To Reach Out And Touch, Virtually

ScienceDaily (Jan. 31, 2008) — European researchers have pioneered a breakthrough interface that allows people to touch, stretch and pull virtual fabrics that feel like the real thing. The new multi-modal software linked to tactile hardware and haptics devices have enormous potential for shopping, design and human-machine interaction.

Bionic eyes: Contact lenses with circuits, lights a possible platform for superhuman vision (Jan. 17, 2008)

Movie characters from the Terminator to the Bionic Woman use bionic eyes to zoom in on far-off scenes, have useful facts pop into their field of view, or create virtual crosshairs. Off the screen, virtual displays have been proposed for more practical purposes -- visual aids to help vision-impaired people, holographic driving control panels and even as a way to surf the Web on the go.

The device to make this happen may be familiar. Engineers at the UW have for the first time used manufacturing techniques at microscopic scales to combine a flexible, biologically safe contact lens with an imprinted electronic circuit and lights

Invention: 3D tissue printer (January 21, 2008)

Light-sensitive chips that sit at the back of the eye have great potential to help people with certain types of vision loss. They work by converting light into an electrical signal that can then be fed directly to the brain via nerve cells at the back of the eye.

The eye's lens normally projects an image onto a curved surface called the retina at the back of the eye. This creates problems for light-sensitive chips since they have to be flat.

One way around this is to use a camera outside the eye to record images and send them via a wire to the chip at the back of the eye.

Nasa investigates virtual space (January 16, 2008)

Nasa already has a presence in the 3D virtual universe.

The agency owns an island in Second Life where individuals and groups with an interest in the space program can meet, share ideas and conduct experiments.

CoLab, as it is called, is the brainchild of scientists at the Nasa Ames Research Center in San Francisco. The agency hopes that the environment could one day be used to allow the public to take part in virtual missions.

Microchips Everywhere: A Future Vision (January 26, 2008)

-- Here's a vision of the not-so-distant future:

_Microchips with antennas will be embedded in virtually everything you buy, wear, drive and read, allowing retailers and law enforcement to track consumer items _ and, by extension, consumers _ wherever they go, from a distance.

_A seamless, global network of electronic "sniffers" will scan radio tags in myriad public settings, identifying people and their tastes instantly so that customized ads, "live spam," may be beamed at them

Tiny Living Machines (January 2008)

Devices made of heart tissue could screen drug candidates and be used to power implantable robots.

In a fourth-floor lab at Harvard University, Adam Feinberg is peering through a low-magnification microscope and using a scalpel to cut out triangles and rectangles from a thin polymer. What's impossible to see with the naked eye is a one-cell-thick layer of heart tissue coating each shape. When Feinberg connects the petri dish holding the triangles and rectangles to a pacemaker, the tissue begins to rhythmically contract, and the shapes come alive--twisting, pinching, and even swimming through a solution.

Scientists hit back at Catholic church over 'cybrids' (January 25, 2008)

The Catholic Bishops' Conference of England and Wales sent a letter to parishes which was read in churches on Sunday 20 January, saying the bill raised "key concerns". The leading concern was about hybrid embryos: "for example, from the egg of a woman and sperm from an animal. To do this would be a radical violation of human dignity."

Twin strands of DNA seek each other out

Although the capacity for single complementary strands of DNA to attract each other is probably the best-known and most fundamental property of DNA, no-one knew until now that intact, double-stranded DNA could do this too.

Alexei Kornyshev of Imperial College London co-led a team that demonstrated the phenomenon by mixing together two distinct variants of double-stranded DNA in water – for identification, one kind gave off green light and the other red. After 2 weeks, reds and greens had congregated with their own kind.

Kornyshev says the phenomenon might explain how identical paired DNA strands align themselves ready for repairs, copying, and alteration through a process called homologous recombination.

Shape-shifting magnetic bots take a page out of the Dharma playbook

Some friendly folks at Carnegie Mellon University are working towards electromagnetic microscopic bots that cling together and can assume virtually any shape. Down the line that means rapid prototyping, the promise of "claytronics," and the mysterious deaths of plane crash victims, but current examples of the tech are anything but slick. The primary uniting element is that the bots being developed have no moving parts, instead using magnetic forces to pull themselves around in relation to each other. Peep the video after the break for some samples

The prospect of teleportation as a practical reality

Professor Eugene Polzik of the Danish National Research Foundation Center for Quantum Optics and his team at the Niels Bohr Institute at the University of Copenhagen carried out an experiment which involved for the first time a macroscopic atomic object containing thousands of billions of atoms. They also teleported the information a distance of half a metre but believe it can be extended further.

Behold the Rise of Energy-Based Fascism (January 20, 2007)

Unlike Islamo-fascism, Energo-fascism will, in time, affect nearly every person on the planet. Either we will be compelled to participate in or finance foreign wars to secure vital supplies of energy, such as the current conflict in Iraq; or we will be at the mercy of those who control the energy spigot, like the customers of the Russian energy juggernaut Gazprom in Ukraine, Belarus, and Georgia; or sooner or later we may find ourselves under constant state surveillance, lest we consume more than our allotted share of fuel or engage in illicit energy transactions. This is not simply some future dystopian nightmare, but a potentially all-encompassing reality whose basic features, largely unnoticed, are developing today.

Earth's Problems Measured on Galactic Scale

Washington - The earth reacts so strongly to the solar wind that it helps create space storms that disrupt electricity grids and satellite and radio communications, surprised NASA scientists have said.  The earth's outer atmosphere works as a heat shield to deflect and absorb some of the damaging energy, but in the process creates a billion-degree cloud of electrified gas that sets up loops of multimillion amp electric current.

The True Food Network

Since the development of the first GE fish in the early 1990s, laboratory researchers and aquaculture companies have concentrated on genetically engineering fish that would grow faster and need less feed. Many research groups have successfully introduced growth hormone genes from human or animal sources into several fish species such as salmon, carp, trout, medaka and tilapia, causing them to grow several times faster than their natural counterparts.

Robots of the future (June, 2007)

At first glance, Paro the seal looks like an ordinary stuffed toy. But underneath the soft white fur is a $4,000 robot that responds to human touch by opening and closing its eyes and moving its flippers. Paro chirps and squeals to simulate affection, and it cries in cyber pain when someone gets too rough. Paro recognizes its owner's name and responds to praise and scolding. For recharging, the owner sticks a cord that looks like an orange pacifier in its mouth.

Artificial letters added to life's alphabet (January, 2008)

Two artificial DNA "letters" that are accurately and efficiently replicated by a natural enzyme have been created by US researchers. Adding the two artificial building blocks to the four that naturally comprise DNA could allow wildly different kinds of genetic engineering, they say.

Eventually, the researchers say, they may be able to add them into the genetic code of living organisms.

Reinventing Humanity
The Future of Human-Machine Intelligence

Ray Kurzweil

Ray Kurzweil sees a radical evolution of the human species in the next 40 years. The merger of man and machine, coupled with the sudden explosion in machine intelligence and rapid innovation in gene research and nanotechnology, will result in a world where there is no distinction between the biological and the mechanical, or between physical and virtual reality.

The Intelligent Universe

The explosive nature of exponential growth means it may only take a quarter of a millennium to go from sending messages on horseback to saturating the matter and energy in our solar system with sublimely intelligent processes. The ongoing expansion of our future superintelligence will then require moving out into the rest of the universe, where we may engineer new universes. A new book by James Gardner tells that story.

In the book Biocosm, James Gardner presented his "Selfish Biocosm Hypothesis". The hypothesis is that there is a cycle of cosmic creation, in which highly evolved intelligences with a superior command of physics spawn one or more "baby universes," designed to be able to give birth to new, intelligent life. Thus, the ability of the present universe to support intelligent life as well as it does is not an accident, but the result of evolution in a long chain of the creation of more and more "bio-friendly" universes. The History of the Fluoridation/Iodine Antagonism (Thyroid history)

The effects of fluoride on thyroid hormone - regulated biochemical events have been known for over 80 years. For many years fluoride compounds were used as the first line of defense in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.

Kellogg’s and the Fluoridation of Salt & Water (the poisoning of the world)

The company which has supplied the funding for the mass salt fluoridation programs in Latin America is Kellogg’s, through the Kellogg Foundation.

In the 1980s it helped implement universal salt fluoridation in Costa Rica and Peru.

In 1996 it supplied a multi-year grant worth $750,000 to start mass salt fluoridation programs which were then carried out by the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), covering 350 million people in Bolivia, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and Venezuela.

The Fluoride Education Project

Symptoms of Fluoride Poisoning

“Though apparently vague and non-specific, most of the symptoms of fluoride toxicity point towards some kind of profound metabolic dysfunction, and are strikingly similar to the symptoms of Hypothyroidism.”

Purpose and Objectives of the HAARP Program

The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is a congressionally initiated program jointly managed by the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy. The program's goal is to provide a state-of-the-art U.S. owned ionospheric research facility readily accessible to U.S. scientists from universities, the private sector and government. This facility would be the most advanced in the world and would attract international scientists and foster cooperative research efforts. The program's purpose is to provide a research facility to conduct pioneering experiments in ionospheric phenomena. The data obtained from the proposed research would be used to analyze basic ionospheric properties and to assess the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for communications and surveillance purposes
